Student attendents of the Homecoming Coronation Ceremony are quieted down to be given instructions before moving to the gym to begin the ceremony. The theme this year was celebrities and films, and will be capped off with the school dance centered around that theme. This year, Tia Burns was nominated Homecoming Queen, and Laurel Hall was nominated Maid of Honor. "I'm really surprised that I won," said Burns after the coronation ceremony. "It gave me a really good senior year."
